Update household/emergency contact information

It's easy to update your Household and Emergency Contact information in Veracross by following the steps below. We recommend you login and verify or update this account information at the beginning of each school year, in addition to each time any of the info changes.

1) When logged into Veracross, scroll to the right and click Update Profile

You will now be on a page where you can edit or update information related to: My Contacts, My Personal Contact Information, Primary Address, Family Information.

2) Click on a blue header (such as My Personal Contact Information) to expand, and click edit to be able to change that info.

3) Update any information and Save.

Repeat steps 2-3 for Contacts and other Household Information. Don't forget to save each time you edit or update any information!
