We often see users getting frustrated with the "saved passwords" feature in Safari. This is often due to passwords bring typed in and saved incorrectly. 

If you are having trouble with the autosave feature of Safari on your iPad and can't log in, please follow these steps to clear your saved passwords:

1) Select Settings > Safari Passwords

2) Press Edit in the top right hand corner

3) Check off the boxes next to any Veracross passwords all press Delete

4) Open Safari and log back in to Veracross. When prompted, save your password.
