Search for the student in Veracross, and select the "Classes" tab in the student pop up box.

Then, select the "Email All Teachers" link to open a new email to all of this student's teachers!

Alternatively, you can right click the "Email All Teachers" link, select "Copy email address" and then Paste that email address into the recipient section of a new email.
