Assign a product to multiple users using Groups in Adobe

You can assign a product to multiple users using Groups in Adobe

The user must be in Adobe before you can assign them a product

  • Login to Adobe Admin Console and select Users > User Groups
  • Create new group and open the group
  • Click Assigned Product Profile and select the product you want to be automatically applied
  • Go back to group users
  • You will need to add users by CSV. You can download a copy or use this one
  • Then "add users by CSV" to add to group
