Parents at FCS have access to the Veracross Parent Portal to view their child's schedule, assignments, and more. You will use the same credentials you used during the enrollment process. Check out the slideshow below for an introduction to Veracross.

Taking class attendance is required for all grades and divisions, so please do so at the beginning of each class to reflect accurate attendance records. To take attendance, log into Veracross and click on Attendance under the class. If Attendance is green, it means it has already been taken for that class. If Attendance is red, then it has not been taken for that class. You will then be able to select an attendance status for each student, and add additional notes if needed. You might see information in the notes section if the student has an early dismissal. Once you've completed taking attendance, save your records by clicking the green Save Attendance button. 

There have been a recent changes to the Veracross portal interface. Please see changes below: INTRANET The Employee Intranet is now on Veracross. When logged in, hover your mouse over Intranet on the top navigation menu to see the sub-menu.  You will see an All School section, which includes... Found Items: Images of lost and found from campus security Human Resources: All HR information including payroll, benefits, employee handbook, etc.  Master Calendar: The FCS master google calendar Trip Forms: All forms needed when planning a class trip Professional Development Request: Form needed for submitting a PD request  AXIOM REPORTS Axiom reports have been moved to a Axiom Reports tab in Veracross, which you can access via the top navigation menu. 

Veracross's Advisory Dashboard makes it easy for you to see student comments, attendance records and assignment statuses for your advisory. To access, click Advisory Dashboard on the right hand side of your Veracross homepage.  Here you will see a list of all students in your advisory, and any attendance, assignment or comment updates they've received. The default view for this is "this week", but you can use the drop-down at the top to sort differently.  Check and uncheck the boxes on the right to see all updates, or specific ones.  Click All Notifications under a students name or a number to the right to see a popup with any notifications pertaining to that student.
