In order to help you prepare for the Parent Conferences, you can now download or view your advisees Mid-Semester Progress Reports. TO DOWNLOAD THE ENTIRE HOMEROOM AS A PDF On the teacher portal, click on your homeroom class. If you don't go there automatically, go to the Students tab. Click the Download Class Reports button on the right side, above the table of students' names. In the pop-up box, click the red pdf button next to Progress Report. That will generate a single PDF file with each of your students' (current) mid-semester progress report in it.

Parents can sign up for teacher conferences during certain times of the school year right on their Veracross portal. Please see the video below for full instructions!

You can update the status of student assignments in your Veracross gradebook. This will show students and parents when assignments have been turned in, completed, or graded. Watch the video below for instructions on this important feature!

Veracross has a great “Name Game” feature to help you learn your students names! This is especially important for those of us teaching virtually. Instructions are below, but please note that student’s names and faces are blocked out for privacy purposes. On your Veracross homepage, click gradebook under a course. Then click the Students tab. Next, click Memorize Name Game. You will now have the ability to “Learn Names” and see photos of your students! You can also test yourself in an easy or hard mode.
